Liberty Eagles Security Solutions is committed to delivering best-in-class electronic security services, including the installation and maintenance of CCTV, access control, and alarm/intrusion systems. Our Quality Management approach aligns with ISO 9001 principles and emphasizes continuous improvement.
 

Key Commitments:
- Ensure full compliance with DCJS regulations and manufacturer standards.
- Provide consistent, accurate, and reliable installations across all client sites.
- Train and certify all technicians in emerging technologies and safety requirements.

Health & Safety Policy

  

The health and safety of our employees, clients, and partners are central to our operations. Given the nature of electronic security installations, our field technicians adhere to OSHA guidelines, electrical safety standards, and rigorous job-site risk assessments.

- Mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE) including helmets, gloves, and safety harnesses.
- Strict compliance with ladder, scaffolding, and electrical handling protocols.
- Conducting risk assessments before installation begins on any job site.
- Providing safety training and certifications to all technical staff.
- Emergency preparedness protocols for electrical hazards, confined spaces, and fire risks.

Return and Refund Policy

 

1. General Policy

At Liberty Eagles Security Solutions, we strive to deliver high-quality electronic security services, including installation, maintenance, and support. Because of the customized nature of our work, refunds are limited to the conditions outlined below.

2. Service Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50% of the project cost) is required to confirm any service or installation.
     
  • This deposit covers administrative, scheduling, and preparatory costs.
     

3. Cancellations

  • Before scheduling: Cancellations requested within 48 hours of signing the agreement may receive a refund of any amount paid beyond the deposit.
     
  • After scheduling/installation begins: No refunds will be issued. Clients may reschedule service within 30 days without penalty.
     

4. Equipment Purchases

  • Security equipment (cameras, recorders, access panels, alarms, etc.) that has been installed, opened, or customized is non-refundable.
     
  • Unopened, unused equipment may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
     

5. Service Issues

  • If a customer experiences a documented failure in workmanship within 30 days of installation, Liberty Eagles will provide corrective service at no additional cost.
     
  • Refunds for completed services are not provided; instead, defects will be corrected under our workmanship guarantee.
     

6. Exceptions

  • Refunds beyond this policy may be considered only in extraordinary circumstances, at the sole discretion of Liberty Eagles Security Solutions management.
